Still,
a fair few of the cars made it and we carried on there. Alan
turned up in his beast of a kit car (shame it took him 20 mins
to start it), Drakey in his stoooopidly fast MR2 and a shit
load more. The night went well from here on, with Lottie
and her mate doing us the honours and posing for some mott shots,
until the building alarm started going off. The finest of the
Cheshire constabulary rolled up in their unmarked Vectra and
surprised us all with their remarks "We're not bothered
about you being here lads, just make sure you take your rubbish
with you please." WINNER.
So, the night rolled on with peeps disapearing car by car. Lucy
did me the best favour in the world and let my drivers window
drop into my door. Mmmmm, I just love skinning my knuckles getting
it back out. 1:30am and We decided it was bedtime. With Sy and
Moonie suffering from stella induced wobbly head syndrome we
trundled back around the M60 and home for a good nights kip.
A big thanks
to all for what originally seemed a poorly organised event,
but was rescued into a fun night.
